Jordan Dargue is a CEO-level leader, investor and ecosystem strategist focused on reshaping capital markets to drive inclusive, innovation-led economic growth. She has a proven track record of supporting businesses from early start-up, through scale-up phases, and towards successful funding exits and growth outcomes. Through building and leading investment networks and programmes, Jordan has helped companies attract capital, expand their operations and position themselves for later-stage investor support.
As Co-Founder of Lifted Ventures, she is leading a systemic intervention into the UK’s investment landscape designing and scaling models that increase capital flow to high-potential, underrepresented founders while unlocking new investor participation at scale. Her work spans capital formation, investor activation and ecosystem transformation, with a particular focus on correcting structural imbalances in gender and regional funding.
